Terms of Service – Royalistic Equestrian

1. General Information
This website is operated by Royalistic Equestrian. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Royalistic Equestrian. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Products & Personalisation
All products are custom-made and personalised according to customer requirements.

  • Product previews and visualisations are for illustrative purposes only.
  • Colours may slightly vary due to screen settings and printing technology.
  • Customers may request specific colour combinations. If an exact colour is required, LAB values must be provided.
  • If uploaded files are too large, they must be sent separately via email.
  • Print quality depends on the quality of the image provided. Low-resolution images may affect the final result.

By placing an order, you confirm that all provided details (names, dates, text, images) are correct.

3. Design Process

  • A design preview will be sent within a few days after order placement.
  • One revision is included in the price. Additional changes may incur extra charges.
  • Production begins only after customer approval of the design.
  • If no response is received within 5 days, the design is considered automatically approved.

4. Customer Responsibility
The customer is fully responsible for:

  • Accuracy of all submitted information
  • Ownership and rights to all uploaded content (images, logos, graphics)

Royalistic Equestrian is not responsible for any copyright issues related to customer-provided materials.

5. Production Time
Production time is up to 14 working days from order confirmation and approval of the design.

6. Shipping
We ship within the United Kingdom using trusted courier services including InPost, Evri, DPD and Royal Mail.

We offer:

  • Standard delivery
  • Express delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier.

7. Payments
We accept secure payment methods including debit/credit cards and Buy Now, Pay Later options such as Klarna and Clearpay (where available).

All prices are listed in GBP.

8. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, production may have already started and cancellation may not be possible.

9. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of our products:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges
  • Refunds are only issued for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

10. Liability
We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier services
  • Minor colour differences
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer

11. Product Use
Products are intended for proper use only.
Incorrect installation or misuse is the responsibility of the customer.

Outdoor use products may experience gradual fading over time due to sun exposure.

12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
