Refund Policy – Royalistic Equestrian
At Royalistic Equestrian, each item is custom-made and personalised specifically for you.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personalised items unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or as soon as reasonably possible) at: contact@royalistic.co.uk
To process your request, we may require:
Clear photos of the item and packaging
Order details
Once approved, we will offer either a replacement or a refund.
Lost or Damaged Items in Transit
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that your item arrives safely and on time by using reputable carriers such as Evri, Royal Mail, DPD, and InPost, things can occasionally go wrong. Any claims for loss or damage in transit will be investigated in line with our courier partners’ procedures. If your delivery is not correct, you have 3 working days from the day of delivery to report this to us for investigation.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, production may have already started and cancellations may not be possible.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
